If your device is lost or stolen, you can locate it from your Lookout Life account. If you don't think you will get it back, you can also lock or wipe it.
To locate your device using a computer:
- Log into your account at personal.lookout.com
- You will automatically be taken to the
page, but if not, please select it from the top of the screen.
- Your device will be located on the map. If the location isn't up to date, choose the
button at the bottom of the page
From a mobile device:
- Log into your account at personal.lookout.com
- You will automatically be taken to the
page. If you aren't, tap the menu
button at the top left and choose
- Your device will be located on the map
From thepage, you can also scream, lock or wipe your device:
- Choose the option you wish to use from the menu on the map.
- If you choose to lock the device, you will be able to add a custom message to your device's lock screen
- If you choose to Wipe the device, you will need to choose the
button to confirm your choice.
Warning: Wiping your device erases everything on your phone. Only use this option if you are sure you want to completely erase the device as this is permanent.
Note: Lock and Wipe require Lookout Life Premium. On Android, Lookout Life must be a Device Administrator for these features to function properly.
