If the Locate feature is not working, Google Location Services may not be enabled.
Below is a example of the error you might see in the F-Secure Mobile Security application on your device if you do not have Google Location Services enabled.
You must have your device's Location setting enabled in order for the Locate feature to function. Please follow these steps to enable Location on your device.
- Open Android Settings on your device
- Select "Location" or "Location Services"
- Tap the slider at the top of the screen to enable Location
- If available, tap "Mode" and choose "High accuracy"
