Can't access your account? Request to reset your F-Secure Mobile Security password!
From your computer:
- Visit personal.f-secure.com and click the
button at the top right
- Choose
- Click
and enter your email address in the field. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.
You can then log into your F-Secure Personal account with your new password.
On a mobile device:
- Visit personal.f-secure.com and click the
button at the top right
- Tap Forgot your password? near the bottom of the page
- Enter your email address in the field and choose Reset. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.
Note: Password must be 6 characters or more. Must be alphanumeric, uppercase, lowercase, and a special character.
