Can't access your account? Request to reset your Lookout Life password!
From your computer:
- Visit personal.lookout.com and click the
button at the top right - Choose
- Click
and enter your email address in the field. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.
You can then log into your Lookout Personal account with your new password.
On a mobile device:
- Visit personal.lookout.com and click the
button at the top right - Tap Forgot your password? near the bottom of the page
- Enter your email address in the field and choose Reset. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.
Note: Password must be 6 characters or more. Must be alphanumeric, uppercase, lowercase, and a special character.
