If you locked your phone with F-Secure Mobile Security remote lock feature, you will need your device in your possession in order to unlock it.
The device will have a lock screen requesting a pin code. You can find the unlock code in your F-Secure Mobile Security.

- Log into your account at personal.f-secure.com
- On the
page, select the locked device from the drop down list above the map - The unlock code will be found next to
directly above the Scream, Lock and Wipe options - Enter this pin code onto the locked device in order to unlock it.
Note: On Android, if you already had a lock screen enabled, locking the device remotely with F-Secure Mobile Security will lock your phone, but it will not change your lock screen password. Whatever was set as the password before locking it remotely is still the password needed to unlock the device.
