Some devices come with F-Secure Mobile Security pre-installed from your carrier. It isn't possible to uninstall F-Secure Mobile Security on these devices, but you can reset it if you need to.

Go to the Google Play store. From the Menu, select "My apps and games"

Select "F-Secure Mobile Security" and click "Uninstall Updates." Note: If the option to "Uninstall Updates" does not exist, please go on to the next step

Go to Android's Settings > Apps > F-Secure Mobile Security. Choose "Force Stop" and then "Clear Data"

Click the back button, and slide over to 'Running Services'. Select any F-Secure Mobile Security services that may be running and click "Stop"

Launch F-Secure Mobile Security on your device and log into your existing account

Return to the Google Play store and again select "My Apps" from the Menu.

Select "F-Secure Mobile Security" and click "Updates"
